Can I pay when my order arrives?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across most of the Valley and in major cities. You can also pay online with eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, or card.
What if my product is damaged or fake?
Every order is quality-checked before dispatch. If something is wrong, request a return within 7 days and we'll pick it up free of charge.
How do I track my order?
